Shipping Policy

We deliver door-to-door across South Africa. Here is what to expect when you order from Jackery South Africa.

1. Coverage

We ship to all addresses in South Africa, including major centres and outlying towns, via The Courier Guy. Remote or high-risk areas may incur a surcharge, which we will quote before confirming your order.

2. Delivery cost

Door-to-door delivery is free across South Africa for all Jackery power stations, solar panels, combos, and accessories, unless a remote-area surcharge applies (see above). Any surcharge is always confirmed with you before payment.

3. Delivery timeframes

  • Major metros (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban): 1–3 business days from dispatch.
  • Regional towns and outlying areas: 3–7 business days from dispatch.
  • Same-day / express: available in selected metros on request — ask us when confirming your order.

Dispatch typically occurs 1–2 business days after your order and payment are confirmed. Timeframes are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, load shedding, or courier capacity.

4. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched we will share the courier tracking number with you via WhatsApp or email so you can follow your delivery.

5. Delivery and receipt

  • Deliveries are made during business hours (typically 08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday). Saturday delivery may be available in some areas on request.
  • Someone must be available to receive and sign for the parcel. If no one is available, the courier will attempt redelivery or contact you to arrange collection from a depot.
  • Please inspect your parcel on delivery. If it is damaged or tampered with, note it on the waybill and contact us within 7 days — see our Returns & Refunds policy.

6. Risk and ownership

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes to you once full payment has been received and cleared.

7. International shipping

We currently ship within South Africa only. If you are outside South Africa and interested in Jackery products, contact us and we will try to point you to the right distributor.
